The weather was absolutely beautiful on the wedding day! The Wedding was on Cabbage Beach on the North Side of Paradise Island, New Providence Island, Nassau, Bahamas. There were roughly 30 of us in the group, and it took several taxi vans to carry us all to the beach. You could see the Atlantis Resort off in the distance, but we could no longer see the ship. There were a few swimmers there and some para-sailing out in the water, but for the most part, it seemed we had the beach all to ourselves.
Yeah, it was magic.
I also recorded the wedding ceremony on video - (it is gorgeous BTW). The father of the groom also shot video on his Hi-8 camera and I'll merge that into an edited video for Jamie & Shane.
Those of you who are attending the reception in Lawrence, KS, on Friday June 10 will get to see the Wedding Ceremony video at the start of the evening. I'll probably also post the video here after it's had it's premiere on the 10th.
