We visited Foxwood Farms last fall to do the shooting for these videos. Unfortunately, the scheduled day was a dark, dreary and cold, with rainstorms threatening, and the outdoor corrall that we had planned to shoot in, was wet and muddy, so we were forced to do most of our shooting in the indoor arena. The lighting in there was a little dim and yellow, but it was what we had to work with so we did. We also took the horses out and walked them down the lane and along some nearby railroad tracks. Luckily we missed getting rained on and completed our shooting that day.
These horses are so majestic and beautiful - making the videos fairly easy to edit. Just pick some good sequences, apply generous slow motion effects and presto! - you have a video!
