We do personal & family portrait sessions at our home near Gardner KS. It's a quaint little cottage on the lake, that we call "The Garden Studio". It's a beautiful setting for photos - secluded and private. This is nothing like going to a retail location for portraits. You'll actually have fun at this portrait session. Your kids will have fun. Even Dads who normally hate being dragged to a photo session, often remark that they enjoyed it! These sessions are relaxed and casual... intended to bring out those natural expressions that come only when you're relaxed and comfortable.  

Weddings -
We also specialize in wedding photography & videography services. We are one of the most experienced wedding vendors in the Midwest... having done somewhere around 1600 weddings over the past 25 years. We reveal the magic in your wedding day through our photos and videos. You'll have a hard time finding another wedding vendor providing this level of experience & quality for both services - photography and videography .  

Freelance Video Producer -
Experience is not limited only to weddings and consumer events... it also includes years of working on much higher budget events and productions in the public and corporate arena. Live events - conventions to concerts, multi-camera big screen coverage ... video production -  training, sales, entertainment, broadcast... multimedia - delivery of all that imaging through websites, DVD's, TV broadcast, i-pod, etc. I've done projects with full production budgets & crews, as well as smaller projects where one man has to be the cameraman, audio guy, lighting tech, writer, producer, & director!

About This Website -
There are multiple divisions within kcvideo.com. The portfolio link above is a flash site, designed for viewing photos and videos and is somewhat a standalone site. There are many client pages - where my customers have private areas to view and share their personal portfolios. This part of the site where you are now is a newly installed content mangement system (joomla) and it is intended to be the informational part of the site, and a blog. Technically, it's all installed, but much content still needs to be written, and what is here is somewhat dis-organized. Problem is, I am having a hard time finding the time to work on my own site now... as I am busy developing websites for clients. So please bear with me - one day I'll get things in order around here!
